Job Description
HR World Ltd on behalf of our reputable client in the Insurance Industry we are looking for an Executive Assistant to CEO
Reporting to CEO
Qualifications
A Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field
Experience
- At least 4-5 years working experience in a similar role
Duties
- Manage CEO’s electronic diary, assessing the priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary.
- Manage CEO’s travel arrangements (including visas/accommodation)
- Process CEO’s correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with by the CEO/or on behalf of the CEO or other staff as appropriate
- Maintain CEO’s office system, including data management and filing
- Screen calls, inquiries, requests and deal with them when appropriate
- Assist CEO in reaching and following up with the action on matters which fall within the CEO’s responsible
- Organize meetings and ensure the CEO is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefing, and meeting papers
Requirements
- Excellent Administrative and Secretarial skills
- Must have an understanding of the requirements and implications of working with the CEO
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to be proactive and take the initiative
- Good computer skills – Ms. Office
