HEAD OF SALES & MARKETING
HR WORLD on behalf of our reputable client we're looking for head of Marketing and Sales who will be responsible to provide vision and leadership strategies by designing and implementing targeted Sales and marketing strategies. Also responsible for maintaining customer relationships, tracking sales data and creating perfomance reports

RESPONSIBILITIES;

1. Archieve the desired sales target

• Cross-selling of products and services to new users and existing clients promoting gateway high value offerings in line with the agreed business plan
• Open up new business opportunities by networking within existing customer base and targeted accounts delivering agreed net new business revenues in line with the agreed business plan
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data and Collaborate with cross team members to achieve better results
  
  

2. Marketing

• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
  Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies.
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
• Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas and Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
• Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).
  
  

3. Customer Count and Retention

• To achieve agreed churn targets within the existing portfolio.
• To work very closely with internal teams offering guidance and insight to establish the best solution for the customer in line with the company’s capabilities
• To be the central point of contact for all gateway sales related issues within the customer portfolio and the conduit for customer communication for all
  other service-related situations.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS;

• MBA/Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations or related field
• 6+yrs of work experience banking/Telecoms
• Experience in managing and executing projects /Campaigns
