HOTEL OPERATIONS MANAGER (RETAIL AND FUNCTIONS)

HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Hotel Operations Manager with a strong background in banquet, food & beverage management, and retail function management within the hotel industry. We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, customer care expertise, and a solid understanding of business acumen.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee retail and functional operations in line with company standards.
• Manage and coordinate events, banquets, and other functions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Supervise food and beverage operations, maintaining quality service and standards.
• Develop and maintain excellent client relationships, demonstrating strong customer care.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in banquet, food & beverage, retail, and function management within the hotel industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is highly recommended.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of managing functions, food & beverage, or banquets.
• Excellent business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
