HR OFFICER
HR WORLD on behalf of our reputable client we're looking for a qualified and experienced Human Resources Officer who will manage day to day running of the HR activities in the organization at Lutheran Church(ELCT) in Dar es Salaam.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Development, implementation, and adherence to all human resource policies and procedures
• Maintain the work structure by updating all job descriptions and position changes as necessary
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Assess staff training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Works with leadership to develop and maintain a pay plan by conducting regular compensation
• Develop a simplified filling system of personnel records.
• Support the full employee cycle of recruitment, induction and exit
• . Place adverts for recruitment,
• Contact shortlisted candidates, arrange interviews and conduct background checks.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in Human Resources
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
