Position

HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER (HRBP)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

• Coordinate performance management processes, including KPI setting, performance reviews, and evaluation.

• Identify training needs and coordinate staff training and development programmes.

• Manage recruitment processes, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Provide HR advisory support on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.

• Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to support informed management decisions.

• Support employee engagement, talent retention, and succession planning.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in HR Business Partnering or general HR management.

• Strong expertise in performance management, training and development, and recruitment.

• Good knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.

• Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Professional HR certification will be an added advantage.
