About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Enterprise Architect to join our team and contribute to our growth. This role is crucial in defining and overseeing the implementation of our organization's technology landscape.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver end-to-end enterprise architecture and integration strategy across the organisation's technology landscape, working closely with Business Units, Product teams, Engineering, and Operations to ensure solutions are aligned, scalable, reusable and efficient, while supporting delivery within scope, budget and timeline.
• Plan, design and oversee implementation of technology solutions, ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture standards, integration protocols, security policies and governance frameworks in consultation with the IT Head of Products & Projects and IT Leadership.
• Define time, cost and quality constraints; guide engineering teams and third-party vendors to ensure consistency of architecture across solutions, integration alignment and overall E2E system integrity across the technology landscape.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related field.
• Certifications in Enterprise Architecture, Integration Architecture, or Cloud Computing are highly desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 3+ years in solution or enterprise architecture roles.
• Experience in enterprise integration design, including SOA, microservices, API-led connectivity, middleware/ESB platforms.
