About the Role

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Junior Sales Representatives who will support sales operations by identifying customer needs, promoting products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the promotion and sale of trucks and related services to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Support senior sales representatives in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Conduct field visits to mining sites and other client locations to generate leads and close sales.
• Maintain an updated database of customer information, sales leads, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with technical and after-sales teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide product demonstrations and attend trade shows or exhibitions as required.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and new products within the Automotive industry.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of sales in Automotive Industry will be an added advantage.
