Marketing Assistant

INDUSTRY: AUTOMOTIVE

HR World Limited, on behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a junior Marketing Assistant responsible for supporting marketing activities, brand promotion, and customer engagement initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support digital marketing efforts including social media management and content creation.
• Coordinate marketing events, activations, and product promotions.
• Conduct basic market research and gather customer feedback.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance.
• Support the marketing team in managing brand visibility and awareness.
• Maintain and update marketing databases and records.
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for marketing activities.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Creative thinking and good communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
• Passion for marketing and willingness to learn.
