Marketing Manager

Royal Mabati Factory Ltd is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality roofing solutions and steel construction materials. We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing strategy, brand management, and campaign execution.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience with marketing tools, CRM systems, and reporting platforms is an advantage. Ability to lead campaigns, manage teams, and deliver measurable results.

Key Competencies

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across social media, email, content, and advertising.
• Oversee brand management, content creation, and promotional activities.
• Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics.
• Manage marketing budgets, vendors, and internal teams to ensure effective execution.
• Identify opportunities for lead generation, customer engagement, and brand growth. Ensure consistency of the Royal Mabati brand across all channels.
