We Are Hiring: Operations Manager

Power Group Technologies Tz Ltd is seeking to hire a talented Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects, site teams, and supervisors simultaneously.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and resource management.
• Set, monitor, and report on KPIs for projects and teams.
• Ensure health, safety, and quality compliance in operational environments.
• Lead and communicate effectively with teams.
• Provide comprehensive reports on operations and projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• A Master's degree or professional certification in Project Management or Operations Management will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in operations or project management within a technical/engineering environment.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects, site teams, and supervisors simultaneously.
• Strong background in project planning, budgeting, and resource management.
• Demonstrated ability to set, monitor, and report on KPIs for projects and teams.
• Solid understanding of health, safety, and quality compliance in operational environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
