                Parts Sales Officer
INDUSTRY – AUTOMOTIVE
HR World Ltd on behalf of our client in the Automotive Industry, we are looking for a Parts Salesperson who will be responsible for selling, advising, and providing quality customer service in the sale of automotive spare parts and accessories.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in identifying required parts and provide accurate advice on product availability and compatibility.
 - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and inventory.
 - Process sales transactions, issue invoices, and ensure proper documentation.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
 - Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist in inventory management.
 - Ensure timely ordering and restocking of fast-moving spare parts.
 - Coordinate with the workshop team to provide necessary parts for repair and maintenance work.
 - Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
 - Achieve sales targets by promoting parts and upselling related products.
 - Stay informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and new automotive technologies.
 
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
 - Proven experience in spare parts sales or customer service in the automotive industry.
 - Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
 - Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
 - Computer literacy and ability to work with inventory management systems.
 - Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
