Production Manager

HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Production Manager. This role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing production processes to ensure efficient operations, high-quality output, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards within the manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and workflows for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor production costs, manage budgets, and optimize resource utilization.
• Supervise and support production staff, providing training and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain product standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
• Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment for smooth operations.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure availability of raw materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in production management within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in production planning tools and MS Office applications.
