Program Manager
Job Location: Arusha
Sector: NGO
What You'll Do:
- Lead programs supporting the wellbeing, education, and development of vulnerable children.
- Manage daily NGO operations, including staff supervision and program delivery.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, monitoring expenses, and preparing regular reports.
- Ensure compliance with Tanzanian NGO regulations and reporting requirements.
- Support communication, partnerships, and fundraising with donors and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
nafasi za kazi- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in program management within an NGO or development organization.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of NGO governance, financial management, and compliance.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with stakeholder collaboration.
