PROJECT MANAGER
INDUSTRY:CONSTRUCTION
On behalf of our reputable client, HR WORLD LTD is looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for Identification and preparation of the company’s contractual claims on timely basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• The Projects Manager will report to the Managing Director and will be responsible for managing and delivering the contract administration services.
• Developing the contracts administration department work plan.
• Main point of contact between the company and project management team in all sites.
• Responsible for submission of the company’s deliverables on time and in accordance with company’s Quality standards.
• Ensuring that each contract runs to its highest quality standards, that all information is current, and that every member of the team is receiving the information he/she needs to fulfil their responsibilities.
• Maintaining consistent and adequate procedures on current and active projects by analysing information and produce overall reporting.
• Prepare and present monthly project expenditure to the MD.
• Working closely with the ‘Project team’ to ensure that the contracts’ administration programmes and reporting is feasible, complies with the clients contractual obligations.
• Demonstrate an understanding of overall project requirements and the ability to advise management knowledgably on overall project costs.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS;

• Bachelors degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of FIDIC, PPRA and NCC contracts is critical.
• Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.
• 3 years’ experience working in a similar role in the construction industry.
• Ability to relate and interact successfully with a cross-cultural workforce at all levels is essential
• Must have outstanding communication skills in written and spoken English and be capable of representing the company on commercial issues with the client.
• Should be able to demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
