Project Manager - Geita, Tanzania

About the Role

Coastal Aviation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Geita, Tanzania. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to exciting projects within the aviation, transport, and logistics sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage various projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage project teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Communicate project progress and updates to senior management.

Key Requirements

• Tanzanian Citizen
• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Aviation Management, Engineering, Logistics & Transport Management or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification.
• Experience in aviation, transport, logistics, or other regulated operational environments.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Advantage

Candidates with knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS), Aviation Security, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Management Systems (QMS), Aerodrome Operations or a valid Flight Operations Officer (FOO) Licence will have an added advantage.
