Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain PMO standards, processes, and reporting structures.
• Manage and monitor digital project portfolios, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and create project plans using Microsoft Project Professional and track KPIs through the Enterprise Project Management tool (EPM).
• Drive agile methodologies across digital teams, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices.
• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and agile ceremonies as required.
• Lead project meetings, conference calls, and other communications, both internal and external, including weekly update calls and high-level project management committee meetings.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in Project Management, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Business, or a relative field.

• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, and ITIL Foundation.
• 2+ years of experience in Project Management or commercial experience.
• 1+ years of experience in telecoms with a strong interest in the commercial side of the business.
• Azure Fundamentals or related cloud certifications are an added advantage.
• Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Project and other Project Management tools (e.g., EPM).
• Experience managing large-scale digital transformation programs across multiple business units.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, digital platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD practices, and product delivery models.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, PowerBI, Jira, or Confluence.
