Project Sales
Job Summary
To generate revenue by securing project-based sales through client relationship building, understanding project needs, and delivering tailored solutions on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, developers, architects, and government institutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key project stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver project sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Monitor ongoing projects, ensuring timely follow-up to convert leads into sales.
- Negotiate terms and close deals in line with company policies. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project sales (preferably in construction/building materials/hardware).
- Strong network of contractors, developers, and architects.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
