RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - VALUE CHAIN & ASSET FINANCING

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive growth of the value chain and asset financing portfolio, deposits, and revenue.

• Identify and develop relationships with businesses, suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, and strategic partners.

• Identify financing opportunities across key economic sectors and develop suitable financing solutions.

• Assess credit applications and structure financing facilities in line with the Bank's credit policies.

• Monitor financed assets, loan repayments, and portfolio quality to minimize credit risks.

• Develop strategies to achieve business growth, profitability, and portfolio targets.

• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, credit policies, and risk management standards.

• Prepare periodic reports on portfolio performance, business opportunities, and market trends.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in asset financing, value chain financing credit management, or relationship management.

• Strong knowledge of credit analysis, financial assessment, and lending products.

• Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships, acquire customers, and achieve business targets.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
