flySunBird is local aviation registered company providing helicopter services dealing with different clients in different industries. Currently, it is looking for Sales Executive who is self-motivated, committed, result driven and self-motivated to work with the company.
The role of Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue by selling Helicopter services to achieve sales targets, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s brand
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and effectively communicate complex information.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate rates, contracts, and other terms with clients.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve client issues and challenges.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Relevant Software: Experience with CRM software, booking systems, and other industry-specific tools.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry, is advantageous
- Fluency in Swahili and English is essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and negotiations with potential and existing clients.
- Manage and maintain client relationships.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
- Proactively identify client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities.
- Other Duties:
- Assist in developing and executing sales campaigns.
- May be involved in marketing activities to enhance brand awareness.
- May be required to travel to meet with clients.
- May be required to work with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
