Requirements
Diploma/Degree (Business or related field preferred)
Experience in sales or insurance (1-3 years is a plus)
Strong communication and leadership skills

Self-driven and target-oriented
Compensation
Basic allowance
Commissions from personal sales
Overrides from team production
Bonuses based on team performance
