WAREHOUSE OFFICER

LOCATION - MWANZA

HR WORLD on behalf of our reputable client we are looking for a Warehouse Officer who will oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance.
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
• Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy.
• Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
• Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status.

• Coordinate activities with other departments.
• Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
  
  

*QUALIFICATIONS*.

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics or management or master degree in a related field.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in the logistics, warehouse or inventory field.
• Highly effective supervisory skills, Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
