Business Development Manager

Basic Job Functions

• Conduct market research to support product development, collaborate on enhancements, and provide insights to ensure products meet customer needs and industry trends.
• Drive the execution of business strategies to achieve growth objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering their development and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Ensure the timely closure of all points raised in the audit report by implementing corrective actions and ensuring compliance with recommendations.

Job Qualification & Experience

• A bachelor’s degree/Master Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics or a related field.
• At least 5 years and above of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the financial services or microfinance sector.
• Proven experience in managing business relationships and driving growth within a financial institution, preferably in microfinance or related sectors.
• Understanding of financial analysis, market research, and business strategy within the context of microfinance.
