Business Development Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company goals
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Negotiate and close business deals
  • Track and report on performance metrics and pipeline progress

QUALIFICATION :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
