Job Purpose

Responsible for planning, directing and managing the implementation of the people agenda as well as ensuring optimal allocation, utilization, and procurement of material resources in the business

Job Qualification / Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Masters or Certified HR Professional and member of HR professional bodies (CIPD, SHEM, HBR, and CEB) will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years broad experience in HR practices, consulting with leaders in the execution of HR strategies including staffing, learning, and succession planning.
• Broad knowledge and experience in the country’s employment law, compensation, and employee relations
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong change management skills
• High level of confidentiality and integrity
• Facility management
