SUMMARY
Manage recruitment, employee relations, attendance, performance management, HR records, and staff compliance while supporting management in maintaining an effective and productive workforce.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll support records
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary processes
- Support performance management and staff development
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies ajira
- Maintain confidential HR records and reports
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years HR experience
- Knowledge of labour laws and HR procedures
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
