IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist with experience in API Support, Linux OS, and entry-level development skills. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job description and requirements

Educational background

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Technical skills

• Programming languages: Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Python, Node.js, PHP, and JavaScript.
• API support: Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• Database management: Knowledge of SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) databases.
• Operating system: Knowledge and experience working with Linux operating systems.

Work experience

• Experience: Over 1 year of professional experience in software development or software support.
• Project management: Ability to support multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.

Tools and technologies

• IDEs: Familiarity with Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) such as IntelliJ IDEA, Visual Studio Code, and Android Studio.
• APIs: Experience with API testing tools like Postman or soapUI.
