Qualifications:
Innovative, creative, and confident.
Knowledge and experience in selling Life Insurance and financial products.
Sound and evident experience in marketing.
Ability to meet targets.
Skills to analyze and understand market trends and needs.
Excellent business communication skills - negotiations and presentations.
Conversant in both Swahili and English languages.
Insurance-specific education certificate is an added advantage.
2-5 years of experience in marketing, sales, finance, and/or business development.
