Program Manager

HR World Limited on behalf of our client we are looking for a Program Manager to Organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the association.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the association.
• Developing a budget and operating plan for the program
• Do advocacy work with government agencies
• Network with NGOs/Associations in the education sector
• Coordinate programmes and activities
• Supervise zonal coordinators.
• Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
• Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
• Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
• Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
  
  
  

REQUIREMENTS;

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business administration or relevant field
• Proven experience as program manager or relevant position
• Knowledge of program management and development procedures
• Knowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping and reporting
