Sales and Growth Officer

Support the achievement of NipeBoost and IPF (Insurance Premium Financing) sales targets by driving customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and identifying new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Growth: Support the achievement of NipeBoost and IPF (Insurance Premium Financing) sales targets by driving customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and identifying new market opportunities.
• Operations: Assist in overseeing day-to-day agent centre operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with internal policies.
• Customer Service: Uphold high service standards and manage escalated customer issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Support the Sales Manager in coaching, mentoring, training, and conducting performance reviews for sales agents.
• Risk and Compliance: Ensure adherence to credit policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls to protect the company’s assets.

• Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales, performance, and portfolio reports, and communicate key updates from Head Office.
• Strategy and Execution: Support the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns and provide field insights to inform product and process improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or operations.
• Background in financial services or digital lending is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• High integrity and professionalism.
