We are hiring a Site Manager for Stone Quarry Operations.

Job Details

• Location: Msata, Tanzania

• Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

• Reporting to: Company Director/Owner

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in quarry, mining, or heavy construction materials operations in a managerial role.

• Proven experience managing stone quarry or open-pit operations.

• Strong knowledge of drilling, blasting, crushing plants, excavators, loaders, and dump trucks.

• Experience in supervising and managing skilled and unskilled workers.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Ability to prepare production reports and manage site documentation.

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written). Swahili is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and handle emergencies on site.

• Physically fit and willing to live on or near site (accommodation provided).

• Valid driving license (manual transmission).

• Legally eligible to work in Tanzania (work permit support available if needed).
