Job Location: Dar-Es'-Salaam,Tanzanis
Responsibilities
- Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations
- Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
- Preparing details reports which management requires on time to time
- Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
- Oversee stock and store operations
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in relevant field is required
- 4+ years' of store management experience
- Customer-centric with a positive attitude
