 Devices Support Specialist (Grade 8)

Job Purpose:

This Role will be responsible for supporting the implementation of devices initiatives while ensuring healthier data business growth.

Core Responsibility:

  • Execute Mobile broadband initiatives

  • Work closely with IT and technical to ensure products are well configured
  • Analyzing and Monitoring devices offers performance

  • Prepare and coordinate training related to Data and devices to all customers touch points

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure MBB products are delivered and communicated well in all customers touch points. 

  • Support the execution of Devices financing

  • Support the execution of Open market products

  • Support Tecno's motorbike and TV mega promo

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounts, Management, IT or related fields

  • 1-year experience in sales and distribution, Customer support, Data and Devices Knowledge.
