Marketing Manager / Business Development Manager - Tanzania
Job Overview
Med Access India is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager / Business Development Manager to lead market expansion initiatives in Tanzania. This role is crucial for building strategic partnerships within the Tanzanian healthcare ecosystem and driving patient referrals for advanced medical treatments in India.
Location
Tanzania (preferably Dar es Salaam)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute market expansion strategies for medical tourism.
- Build relationships with hospitals, clinics, specialist doctors, diagnostic centers, insurance companies, corporates, NGOs, and healthcare stakeholders.
- Organize medical outreach programs, specialist OPD camps, CME activities, and healthcare awareness initiatives.
- Generate patient referrals for advanced medical treatment and surgery in India.
- Establish strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions and referral networks.
- Represent Med Access India and partner hospitals at healthcare events and business meetings. ajira
- Coordinate with our India team for patient management and business development activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 8–15 years of experience in healthcare, hospital marketing, business development, insurance, healthcare consulting, or medical tourism.
- Strong network within the Tanzanian healthcare ecosystem.
- Proven experience in partnership development and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with hospitals, healthcare providers, insurers, or international healthcare organizations will be preferred.
Compensation
