Majestic Luxury Suites Ltd. is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the company. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency across departments, improving internal processes, coordinating teams, and supporting the successful delivery of our luxury real estate developments.

This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company's daily operations and ensure all departments operate efficiently.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, systems, and procedures.
• Coordinate activities between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Construction, Customer Service, and Administration.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure operational milestones are achieved.
• Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to senior management.
• Develop and manage operational budgets while monitoring expenses.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Improve workflow efficiency through process optimization and automation where applicable.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate departmental managers and operational staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and health and safety standards.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure quality service delivery.
• Support the implementation of strategic business initiatives and company growth plans.
• Handle operational challenges quickly and effectively while maintaining high service standards.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within real estate, hospitality, construction, or property development.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Swahili is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management software.
