Relationship Manager

Role Purpose

The Relationship Manager is responsible for driving tenant acquisition, optimizing occupancy and rental yields, maximizing revenue per square meter, and sustaining high-quality tenant relationships within the mall.

• Tenant Retention, Upselling & Commercial Performance
• Market Intelligence & Commercial Advisory
• Governance, Reporting & Decision Authority

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years’ experience in real estate leasing, sales, client relationship management, or commercial property management. Proven track record in sales negotiations, tenant acquisition, and revenue growth. Strong understanding of commercial leasing frameworks and tenant management practices.
